Adapt Hook Pivot/Security Kit

This is a kit of fasteners that allows a pair of Adapt Hooks to be tilted at various angles on a stand.  This results in a tier of a multi-tier stand having a steeper angle than usual.  This is especially handy on an Adapt Tier if you want a steeper angle.
