Warranty

Because we design our products to be the best, we intend our manufacturer's warranty to be the best, too. Contact us if you find a better manufacturer's warranty and we will upgrade ours.

Unless otherwise noted, all SynthRISE products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and performance shortcomings for a period of 14 months from the date of purchase. "Performance shortcomings" refers to a situation where a SynthRISE product does not have the capacity, stability, adaptability or other features described on the product's page.

PA2pro power supplies are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

If any SynthRISE product is found to have a manufacturing defect or performance shortcoming during the applicable warranty period, SynthRISE will either: 1) provide a replacement product or replacement component at no additional cost to the customer (shipping will be free), or 2) provide a full refund for the original purchase cost (including shipping) of the product. The decision to replace or refund will be made by SynthRISE. Contact us if you want to file a warranty claim.

Discretionary Returns

If a customer receives a SynthRISE product and decides that they purchased the wrong size or type, or that they simply don't like the product, they may send it back to SynthRISE for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee*. The restocking fee will be waived if the product has not been removed from its original inner packaging and it has not been assembled. The cost to ship the product from SynthRISE to the customer will not be refunded. The cost to ship the product from the customer back to SynthRISE will be paid by the customer.

* Why a restocking fee?

We don't enjoy charging this fee, but it's necessary because non-warranty returns are very costly for us. When an opened item reaches us, we need to clean it, create new packaging, and place the item for sale at a discount on our website.

Packing Instructions for Returns

To avoid damage during shipping, please pack the stand as close as possible to the way we shipped it to you. Black side panels should be stacked neatly on top of each other inside of a plastic bag. Telescoping tubes should be in separate plastic bags, and the knobs should be kept separate from the side panels to prevent scratches. Place all components into the cardboard box so that tubes and knobs do not sit on top of side panels. Wrap flaps of the box tightly around the stand so it doesn't slide around in the box during shipping. Tape both ends of the box closed.
